I grew up in China on the conventional path, then went looking for a bigger world. I studied Education at the University of Pennsylvania and Digital Marketing at University College Dublin, trained as a certified coach, and somewhere along the way I stopped waiting for permission to live differently.

These days I live out of two suitcases, following curiosity across four continents. By training I read data and build brands. By calling, I sit with people while they remember who they are. To me it's one craft: paying close attention, then helping something hidden come into view.

My roots are old ones, Taoism, Yi studies, and Chinese medicine, alongside a quiet belief that we're each born whole. A long road back to my own body taught me that healing and freedom point the same way. I'd rather stay curious than certain.

我在中国长大，一路走在常规的路上，直到有一天，开始去找一个更大的世界。我在宾夕法尼亚大学读教育，在都柏林大学学院读数字营销，也考取了教练认证。走着走着，我不再等谁来允许我，去过不一样的人生。

如今我靠两只行李箱生活，跟着好奇心走过四大洲。论专业，我读数据、做品牌；论使命，我陪着人们，看他们一点点想起自己是谁。对我来说，这是同一门手艺：先认真地看见，再帮那些藏着的东西浮现出来。

我的根是很老的东西：道家、易学、中医，还有一个安静的信念：我们每个人生来，就是完整的。一段漫长的、回到自己身体的路，让我明白疗愈与自由其实朝着同一个方向。比起确定，我更愿意保持好奇。
